முருங்கை சில குறிப்புகள்
நல்ல பச்சையாக உள்ள முருங்கைக்காயை எடுத்துக் கொண்டு அதனை சாறாக்கி, அதனுடன் தேன் கலந்து சாப்பிட்டால் ஜலதோஷம் குணமாகும்.
சிலருக்கு கழுத்து வலி ஒரு பிரச்சனையாக இருந்து வரும். இவர்கள் தினந்தோறும், முருங்கை கீரையை உணவுடன் சேர்த்துக் கொண்டால் நாளடைவில் கழுத்து வலி குறையும்.
முருங்கை கீரையில் வைட்டமின் பி, வைட்டமின் ஏ, இரும்புச் சத்து, கால்சியம் சத்துகள் உள்ளன.

தொடர்ந்து 6 நிமிடங்கள் புத்தகத்தைப் படிப்பதன் மூலம் மன அழுத்தம் படிப்படியாகக் குறைகிறது. படிக்கும்போது இதயம், தசைகளில் ஏற்படும் படபடப்பு படிப்படியாகக் குறைந்து இயல்பு நிலை ஏற்படுகிறது.

My today's topic is about mistakes and y mistake grows around us and happend because of us.
Let me tell me you Y mistakes grows first. Its just because no one cares for others. If ONE asks, the rest will surely start to rise their words for the right things. But if ONE refused to ask, then one day he'll not have any one to care for his bad fortune. this is how mistakes grows.
ppls should do good care for them and also for their surroundings.
How mistake happened because of us: Its just again because of our carelessness in our consciousness.
